Persephonie is a temporary public installation created for Pèlerin'art. Using wood and fire, the work explores cycles of transformation, passage, and renewal through material change. Perforated surfaces filter light throughout the day, while motion-activated lighting transforms the installation after dark, revealing shifting patterns of light and shadow. Responding to its landscape setting, the work invites visitors to experience transformation as both a physical process and a changing encounter with place.
Perséphone est une installation publique temporaire créée pour Pèlerin'art. Utilisant le bois et le feu, l'œuvre explore les cycles de transformation, de passage et de renouveau à travers la métamorphose de la matière. Les surfaces perforées filtrent la lumière au cours de la journée, tandis qu'un éclairage activé par détection de mouvement transforme l'installation à la tombée de la nuit, révélant des jeux changeants d'ombre et de lumière. En dialogue avec son environnement, l'œuvre invite les visiteurs à vivre la transformation comme un processus à la fois matériel et expérientiel.
